Enhancing Home Efficiency

The aim of Ecowise is to help Isle of Wight households, the elderly and all those who are eligible, to be in a better position to heat their homes more efficiently. We aim to reduce energy bills and help to give IOW families a better way of living. We work closely with both the government and major energy companies to ensure that we can do this and offer these services for free if possible, or at the lowest possible cost. We offer several Government funded schemes and services that enable us to do so, and we have been helping families throughout the UK vastly reduce their energy bills and insulate and heat their homes for a fraction of what they may have paid.

To be able to offer these services on a larger scale, it is important that we work closely with other like-minded companies that are looking to help reduce the carbon footprint on the planet, help people out of fuel poverty, and help the environment. So, therefore, we have recently teamed up with ecology and environmental enthusiasts Future Isle of Wight. FIOW (Future Isle of Wight) is a community interest company whose mission is not only to improve the environment but also to improve the quality of life on The Isle of Wight.

Together, we are focusing on trying to eradicate fuel poverty by helping residents of the island to insulate and heat their properties more efficiently, reducing costs, and reducing CO2 emissions. The new Eco4 Scheme will be introduced to island residents over the coming weeks, allowing us to offer a selection of fully funded and substantially funded schemes that will enable you to make your homes warmer and more energy efficient.
