NO! Our work is fully government funded, so there will be no cost to the end user (Yourself)

Most of our jobs are completed by our installers within a 5-day working week (with the odd exception where the job is slightly larger), and decorators are booked in for 2 weeks after the install (dependent on availability).

 

Our surveyors will come around and assess your property prior to the install being booked in.

Once the survey is complete, the office will contact you to confirm the install date. Our installers will come to your property and prepare for the install. This involves removing blinds, curtains, plug sockets, skirting boards, and window sills. Once this is complete, they will begin installing the discussed measures, which, as a basic idea, would be IWI (internal wall insulation), RIR (Room in roof), or loft insulation between your roof joists and heating control.

As a general rule, most of the properties we undertake work on have an EPC rating of “E” or below before the work is completed. Once we have finished the work, your EPC will be raised at least 2 bands. This, on average, saves the tenant up to £2000 per year on utility bills.
